Regular season: Margaritaville, Bushwood and Wisconsin captured divisional titles, with Bismarck, Superior and Savannah joining them in the playoffs as wild-card teams.

English manager Rick Lackey bowed out in midseason and was replaced by Mark Gergel, who had been filling in for Chatfield manager Phil Roselli.

After the regular season ended, the league’s first-ever weighted draft lottery was held, with English, South Grand Prairie and Chatfield earning the top three spots in the 2014 draft.

Bushwood captured the World Series in a seven-game thriller against Margaritaville, including an extra-inning affair in game seven.
